At waxwing fashion, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags must be attached.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Any item can be exchanged with different colour or size but with same price 
  • Process: To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at waxwingfashion@gmai.com with your order number and details of the product.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Process

  2. Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship: Pack the item securely and affix the provided shipping label. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
